Victoria Hospice offers a number of useful clinical tools (listed to the left) to help health care professionals in their assessment or treatment of patients facing advancing illness, death or bereavement. Only two  tools (Palliative Performance Scale:PPS and Bowel Performance Scale:BPS) have been validated at this time. Others, like the Psychosocial Assesment Tool, are working 'forms'
